WEIGHT LOSS SOUP

So far I’ve talked about all the dishes which are extremely delicious… but they are extremely high in calories, high in fat, carbohydrates and sugar. High Fat, Carbohydrate and Sugar diet may lead to  weight gain, problems of diabetes and cholesterol which are not good for us and the above can also take us away from all the good food.
And me as a die hard foodie, would want to to keep eating all the great tasting food with sugar, fat and cholesterol content throughout my life. So it becomes essential for me to keep my weight, gugar and cholesterol levels under check.
I am not a person who can go on a crash diet to reduce weight, also it is not good for the body. Exercising is an option, but with my kind of work schedule, even going to the gym is ruled out. So I tried to find solution to my problem wherein I can eat a lot and still loose weight. And I came across a very good diet soup recipe on the YouTube. Believe me guys, it tastes good,  is easy to make, and I’ve lost good weight drinking it. And you are not hungry as you can drink as much soup as you want. I drink around 1 liter at a go to satisfy my hunger. And I’ve lost weight. And I’ve always felt energetic, light and yes, no tiredness.
And yes, I’ve read a lot about the ingredients of the soup and have found out that they are good for type 2 Diabetes as they have a very low GI. Also the soup is very good for cholesterol.

Diet Soup Recipe

****20 mins boil***********
1/2 – Head of Cabbage
2 to 3 – Veggie or Chicken stock.
4 to 5 – Tomato’s.
4 to 5 – Small onions.
1 – Leek
1 – Small celery root.
2 – Sweet red peppers.
6 – Cloves garlic.

****30 mins Boil**********
****Last 10 mins**********

½ cup – Parsley (any)
3 – Bay leaves.
1 to 2 tsp. – Nutmeg.
1 to 2 tsp. – Cumin.
4 to 5 tsp. – Oregano.
1 to 2 tsp. – Black pepper.
4 to 6 – Green onions.
3 to 4 tsp. – Tomato paste.
Salt to taste…………..

It is an easy to follow diet. Although not suitable for lasting weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a high-fiber, low-fat diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more sensible long-term diet plan. The cabbage soup is really filler, making sure that the dieter does not get the feeling of starvation or hunger pangs.

Cabbage soup diet is recommended for more 7 days straight. The Soup Diet is very low in protein, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals to continue for a long period of time.

Now the cabbage soup diet is not recommended as a long term diet plan, if you have a special occasion coming up, or you simply need to lose weight fast, the Cabbage Soup Diet could well be just what you need. Although really not suitable for long-term weight loss, the Cabbage Soup Diet is a low-fat, high-fibre diet that will help you get into shape fast before you embark on a more considered and sensible long-term eating plan.
